This logo was a brand redesign for a nonprofit organization named Tiyya that aids refugee families fleeing to the U.S. Tiyya’s rebranded logotype is friendly and approachable brand that serves to communicate with various multicultural institutions. In Oromo Tiyya means to love or to give. This nature is reflected in the ligatures of the logotype between the 'T' and the 'i' the two 'yy's' create a hug to reflect the nature of the brand.
